If your organization is looking for a comprehensive
diversity awareness program, look no further. This is
the answer to your needs. This program offers several
modules to increase diversity awareness, and they will
help your trainees learn a good range of pertinent information
relevant to diversity.
This product manages the course curriculum well and
is easy to install and use. After the logon, users are
directed to a customized screen listing the courses
they're enrolled in. This screen updates as users begin
and complete course modules. Users can easily take one
module at a time.
Once they begin the program, they're in for a treat.
The graphics and layout are very good, the pages advance
quickly, and there's an option for audio dialog.
The content is cutting-edge and interactive. The workplace
scenarios used in the program are realistic. The statistics
cited in the modules are current, and notable authors
in the field are quoted. There is widespread use of
multicultural names throughout the course.
Users can periodically test their understanding of
the subject matter by answering questions throughout
the modules. In addition, there are self-tests at the
end of each course. All of the navigation aids were
helpful, and users have the option of printing support
aids as well as an action plan.
Recommendation
This online course is a great value for the price.
It suits the learning needs of a variety of learners,
offering variety so users will not get bored. In my
opinion, this product is an excellent buy for your organization.
And don't concern yourself with the amount of time necessary
to take the entire program (up to 15 hours); users can
take sections of modules whenever they have the time.
