the call centre industry. Call Center ABCs, the eLearning
product of their joint efforts, has won a prestigious award
- 2004 Product of the Year. The eLearning program,
developed in Limerick, Ireland for The Call Center School
in Nashville, Tennessee, recently triumphed at the Call
Center Demo Conference in Dallas, Texas. The Call Center
ABCs curriculum was also featured in the February 2004 issue
of Call Center magazine as the Editor's Choice -
a further endorsement of its high quality.
According to Joe Fleischer, Chief Technical Editor of Call
