February 15 2004, Nashville, Tennessee - PrimeLearning, in partnership with The Call Center School, has reached new heights in the call centre industry. Call Center ABCs, the eLearning product of their joint efforts, has won a prestigious award - 2004 Product of the Year. The eLearning program, developed in Limerick, Ireland for The Call Center School in Nashville, Tennessee, recently triumphed at the Call Center Demo Conference in Dallas, Texas. The Call Center ABCs curriculum was also featured in the February 2004 issue of Call Center magazine as the Editor's Choice - a further endorsement of its high quality.

According to Joe Fleischer, Chief Technical Editor of Call Center magazine, "The Call Center ABCs program provides a strong conceptual framework for understanding call centres, especially the operational aspect. It is an impressive and thorough curriculum and carefully lays out the underlying concepts of call centre operations and management. Fleischer adds, "Call Center ABCs is one of the best curricula around to help agents and managers gain a working knowledge of what it takes to ensure a call centre runs well."
