it had forged an agreement with LearnCom, Inc., whereby LearnCom
will market and sell the entire PrimeLearning.com® library
of business skills curricula.

Under this agreement, LearnCom will sell the full PrimeLearning.com®
eLearning system to their full roster of more than 75,000
customers from the Fortune 1000 down to small and mid-caps.
