October 31, 2000 - the Irish-based
eLearning company, PrimeLearning.com®™ today carried
their recent strategic and content alliance with Gower Publishing
Limited into effect when launching a new range of eLearning
curricula, based on training from Gower's range of activity
and workshop manuals.
For PrimeLearning.com®, the strategic alliance - which was
formed earlier this year - is part of a worldwide strategy
to build a library of field-proven eLearning content from
industry-leading corporations, authors and publishers. It
enables PrimeLearning.com® to further extend their range of
eLearning products, while providing Gower with the ability
to market the co-branded eLearning solutions to their customer
base.
"We don't have the skills or the experience to pursue eLearning
on our own. It made absolute sense for us to find a partner
and I am delighted it is PrimeLearning.com®. They are head
and shoulders above the rest of the field; their solutions
are excellent and they are a great company to work with. Both
Gower and the authors concerned are excited by the launch
of the two new curricula", stated Jonathan Norman, Publisher
- Training Resources at Gower.
The agreement offers PrimeLearning.com® customers access to
Gower's world-renowned content and expertise. For Gower's
customers, the recent content alliance and the launch of the
Internet-based curricula, will now give them greater freedom
of choice in terms of learning media, while maintaining the
high quality of traditional Gower products.
"At PrimeLearning.com®, we are very proud to be launching the
first two eLearning curricula based on Gower's content", stated
Terry O'Brien, CEO of PrimeLearning.com®. "Gower is of the
world's leading publishers of management and business titles
with content, which clearly meets the high standard for quality
that we demand from all of our content providers. We have
great expectations of this alliance which we hope to develop
further in the future."
