Inc., a leading developer of eLearning management systems
and Web-based training solutions, has formed a strategic partnership
with PrimeLearning.com®, a leading international provider of
business skills eLearning solutions for the corporate training
market. |

| The companies announced today that
they have successfully integrated over 300 hours of PrimeLearning.com®’s
AICC- and SCORM-compliant online business and professional
development content with GeoLearning’s learning management
system. PrimeLearning.com®’s library of courses encompass a
wide range of business skills in 17 curricula such as management,
writing and communication, project management and customer
service, as well as strategic business subjects including
call center and tele-skills, marketing and sales. |

| As a result of this new partnership,
GeoLearning will deliver PrimeLearning.com®’s courseware over
the Internet via its Geo Learning Center and GeoExpress
learning management systems. The GeoLearning systems will
track information such as the specific PrimeLearning.com® courses
taken by a particular user, the user’s performance in the
courses and the courses actually completed by the user. With
this data, managers of organizations deploying the solution
enabled by the strategic partnership can measure employees’
progress, identify additional training needs and more closely
align learning objectives with business initiatives. |
