18th, 1999 - The Neville Technology Group, the Limerick
company that earlier this year secured one of the largest
first round investments ever achieved by an Irish start up
company has opened two new offices in London and New York.
The company also announced that it is to change its name to
PrimeLearning.
PrimeLearning's substantial venture capital investment has
enabled the company to expand it's network to cater for demand
in their key target markets by opening offices in London and
New York in addition to their existing Limerick Headquarters
and San Jose offices. Management believes that PrimeLearning,
the name by which the company is better known in the US, better
reflects its mission to become the leading producer of interactive
business and professional eLearning solutions for the corporate
market.

PrimeLearning, founded in 1998, is the brainchild of Terry
and Mary O'Brien, founders of Mindware, which was bought by
the Gartner Group in 1996. The company has its headquarters
and production facility in Limerick where they currently employ
35 people and are actively recruiting in the areas of business
development, global market research as well as instructional
design, software engineering and interface and graphic design.
