Duration: two days with an instructor & approximately
30 hours of self-paced e-learning
Overview
This training programme is designed to
prepare candidates to sit the Certified Associate in Project
Management (CAPM) exam from the Project Management Institute
(PMI). It is a blended solution offering both instructor-led
training and self-paced eLearning. The instructor-led training
element consists of two one-day seminars presented by a
Trainer with PMI Certification. Participants are also provided
with access to an eLearning solution that explores the foundation
for the successful start-up, planning, and implementation
of projects of any size and scope. Clear, easy-to-follow
steps create a dynamic learning experience for professionals
with little project management experience, as well as those
with moderate experience as either the leader or member
of a project team. This eLearning training offers on-line
support on a 24 hour basis, and is available to participants
for a one year period and can be accessed from any computer.
Accreditation
Having attended the seminars and completed
the eLearning element, participants will receive a Certificate
of Mastery and are prepared and eligible to sit the globally-recognized
Project Management Institute (PMI) exam to become a Certified
Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Training Programme Structure
1. On registration receive a welcome
e-mail with login details for the eLearning solution.
2. Attend two consecutive days of intensive seminars in
Dublin.
3. Complete the self-paced eLearning and pass the PrimeLearning
Mastery Exams
4. Apply for the CAPM Exam.
