- Project Framework Module
(The objective of these two sessions is to introduce
the main principles behind the PMI's project management
standard - The Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK®) - and lay the foundations for the structure
and content of the project knowledge areas)
- Project Integration Management Module
- Project Scope Management Module
- Project Time Management Module
- Project Cost Management Module
- Project Risk Management Module
- Project Quality Management Module
- Project Communication Management Module
- Project Procurement Management Module
- Project Human Resource Management Module
(These nine sessions cover each project management
knowledge area to provide participants with 'a-need-to-know'
for the CAPM® exam)
- Mock Exam
(The mock exam is a one-hour (50 questions and answer)
paper based exam that allows participants to understand
performance and provides a guide on what areas need
to be addressed prior to the exam itself.)
